So here is some of what I ate today... Once again I forgot to take a picture of my dinner. Its so hard to remember, especially when you're starving! haha
Breakfast - Quick cooking cinnamon porridge made with lactose free milk. (i prefer to make mine on the hob as it stays more milky!) I also chopped up some soft dates, and 1 banana and mixed it through while it was still cooking. & of course my milky tea!
My boyfriend bought me these Thorntons chocolates, so about 12o'clock I sat with my mum eating these. Lets just say there isn't any left! :( So by then I couldn't even fit anything in for lunch! (bad decision!)
2:30pm - So later on i felt a little peckish, and knew i should eat something nutritious before my dinner. I had chopped up pineapple, permission fruit (orange stuff) and some grapes with some strawberry yogurt! + an milky tea.
Dinner - Once again I forgot to take a photo of this, but I had turkey steak with mushrooms and chorizo in a cream sauce, with peas and sweet potato. I also had tomato sauce as I cant eat anything without it! and once piece of cheesy garlic bread! I also had about 4 drinks of juice aswell. (I always try to drink as much as i can)
Snacks - between lunch & dinner I had another cup of tea, with a handful of dates, an other permission fruit with about 1 tablespoon of yogurt on top!
So that's whats i had to eat today! I will try my best to remember to take all the pictures of my meals next time! Hope you all had a lovely day! :)
